| Part of the Accounts Quick Win scenario for QuSheet |
| Summary |
Workbook / Tables (“items”) contains the basic accounting information which feeds this scenario. Every row in the table is a separate income or expense. The first column in the table gives a description of the entry. This is followed by an amount (negatives for expenses), a category, a date and a unique id. |
Category values can be specified under Fields (“category”) as a convenient way to input categories into the table from a list, though this is not necessary. |
If your date range crosses more than one year, you must put the extra years in as values in Workbook / Fields (“year”). |
