| Part of the Leaflet Quick Win scenario for QuSheet |
| Summary |
Change Workbook / Tables (“clauses”) to set paragraphs to display on your output. The value of the table gives the text. Columns A, B and C give pre-requisite values for A, B and C as defined in your individual Sheet. The “id” column gives a unique id for your paragraph. The “pre id” column gives the id of the paragraph that this should appear under, with “top” for top level paragraphs. |
The A, B and C fields are defined under Sheet / + Field Values. The sheet called “client abc” sets these as “a”, “b” and “c” respectively in this example. Use the menu entry Sheet / Clone (when in the Sheet tab) to create new sheets and change the values in those fields as you wish. |
It is also possible to create paragraphs which appear using more complex conditions than a simple match of A, B and C. This requires getting into a little bit more complexity with regards to using QuSheet – in particular, moving away from the straight data driven side and programming some of QuSheet’s headings. One special paragraph has been set up as a template. |
To start changing the special paragraph and its conditions, start with a project which has only one sheet. You may well need to change the Sheet Entries, and you want to do this before you clone. |
The heading “special clause condition” governs whether “special clause” is displayed. Within this, “special sub-clause condition” governs whether “special sub-clause” is displayed. You can use these as templates for your own special clauses and conditions, but remember to set the Selector at your top-level to “ABC selector”. |
