Summary

Structured as a multiple-sheet project in order to allow you to re-use your holiday information - non-working days are placed under Workbook / Field (“holiday”).

A Sheet represents a plan, with + Table Values containing the necessary activity data.

Set the start date using “start” table and field “date”.

Set activities using the “activity” table with fields “category”, “duration” and “work item”. The value of the table adds details.

QuSheet scans your + Table Value rows from top to bottom, first looking for categories (phases), then looking for activities within those categories. This order is important as it is the order which QuSheet uses to determine what happens after what.

Setting the phase name under Workbook / Fields (“category”), though not necessary, is a convenient way of naming your categories to ensure that the Category column in the Activity table is correctly filled in.
