Three Fields, “event”, “venue” and “speaker”, define the various different events, venues and speakers as a convenience measure rather than an essential, in order to help ensure the correct tying up between entries in the various tables. |
The “scheduled event” Table details all of the events that will take place in the conference, giving event name in the Table value followed by a date, an event id, the speaker, the starting time and the venue. |
The “event details” table provides details for an event for a given event id. |
The “speaker details” table provides details for the speaker. |
Lunch time is set in the “lunch” Table under the “time” Field. |
