Summary

Display Tables have numbered (and ordered) rows. This order is significant.

Rows can be moved by clicking or pressing enter on the arrow buttons.

Rows are deleted by clicking on the X.

Using Shift-click or Shift-enter on the arrow keys inserts a new blank row either above or below the row clicked on.

Using Control-click or Control-enter on the arrow keys inserts a clone of the row clicked on either above or below it.

Strangely, shift-enter on an arrow key on the last row (the insertion row) in a table behaves as if you had done so on the last actual line rather than the insertion one. This is a Windows “funny”.

Working directly on the insertion row starts a new row, at the bottom of the table, using the data you are putting in as you do it.
