| Summary |
Use the Generate button or menu item under the Sheet menu and Sheet tab to generate an output file. |
Generation progress is shown using a dialog box that displays 1 or 2 progress bars. |
The tool-strip button bar contains a label telling you when you last generated a sheet. It also tells you whether the last generation was successful. |
A: QuSheet generates a backup file of your source before generating and removes it if generation was successful, just in case something untoward happens with the generation process. |
The View button invokes your preferred browser (see Preferences / Resources) on the generated output file. |
Use the Sheet List tab to manage multiple sheets. This presents a table with rows for every sheet, showing you the name of the sheet, when it was last generated, and whether it was generated ok (with colour coding). Clicking on the column names re-sorts this table in different ways (this is not an ordered table like the display tables in QuSheet). |
Buttons on the rows allow you to generate or view individual sheets. A check box on the left allows you to mark particular sheets in order to multiply-generate a number at the same time (from the Sheet List menu). Row selection can also be used to mark or unmark multiple sheets using the Sheet List menu as well. |
