Summary

There are two forms (i.e. collections) of display parameters used to present styling information. The first occurs in the Default, Pre-op Total, Op, Post-op Total and Explanation sub-tabs (the Default form), the second in the Standard sub-tab (the Standard form).

Default contains: a line along the top corresponding to the Main field – with date/time options, the presence/alignment of the field and an area to put in fixed text if the fixed text option is selected (from Display).

Beneath this on the right is an area to control Left Field, Right Field, Prefix Unit and Postfix Unit.

To the left of this is a group of six parameters as follows: two for display rounding (rounding just for display purposes), “Integer commas” to select whether commas are used as a thousands delimiter on large integers, a negative display options list, a scale factor (a number by which a figure is first of all divided, just for display purposes, typically to support a unit such as $K), and a post-pad style selector.

It is now possible to style post-pads as the explanation field group.

At the bottom of this form, is a box containing eight parameters controlling display parameters such as bold, italic, foreground and background colour and so on. Note that some of these may not be supported on all browsers.
